Couples Counseling & Affair Repair

Initial Intake Consultation & Assessment
90 minutes | $300

Couples Counseling
60 minutes | $200

Extended Couples Intensive
125 minutes | $450

"I Just Found Out"

$275 | 75 minutes

This consultation is specifically for the betrayed partner in the immediate aftermath of discovering an affair.

Discovering an affair can leave you shocked, blindsided, and in crisis. In those first days or weeks, you may not necessarily be looking for a therapist to work with for the next year. You may simply need help right now.

You may not be sleeping or eating normally, your thoughts may be all over the place, and you may have a hundred questions and absolutely no idea what you should do next.

What you need right now may simply be some immediate relief.

This consultation gives you an opportunity to sit down with someone knowledgeable about affairs, betrayal, and the recovery process who can help you begin to sort it all out and make some sense of what comes next, without feeling pressured to make major decisions about your relationship.

During our 75 minutes together, we can talk about:

  • Stabilizing yourself during the initial shock
  • Intrusive thoughts, sleep, eating, and day-to-day functioning
  • What information you reasonably need to know
  • Boundaries and immediate next steps
  • Disclosure and the importance of getting truthful information
  • What to say, or not say yet, to children, family, and friends
  • What to look for  in your partner’s behavior in the days and weeks ahead in order to assess the situation calmly.

─────── ✦ ───────

You do not need to know whether you are staying or leaving. The purpose of this consultation is to help you get your feet underneath you, make sense of what has happened, and give you a road map for what comes next.

Extended Couples Intensive

125 minutes | $450

Extended intensives provide additional time for couples who need more focused work than a traditional counseling session allows. Intensives may be particularly helpful during initial affair discovery, periods of significant relationship distress, or when couples are trying to gain clarity about important decisions.

The intensive includes a personalized written follow-up summary outlining key themes identified during the session, areas of focus, and recommended next steps so couples leave with a clearer understanding of how to move forward.
